After 2 years of trying to become pregnant going through 2 IVF pickups and 5 transfers and being told our eggs were really good we still didn’t become pregnant. I was 34 years old when I started with IVF. I felt disillusioned by the whole IVF process because 2 years down the track and still nothing. There’s the enormous cost both financially and emotionally my husband and I decided to take a break and rethink our approach. During the IVF break I kept up my treatments of reflexology and within two and half months with weekly visits I became pregnant. We now have a healthy bouncing baby boy and have Lidia to thank. We thought that IVF was the last hope for us but we were wrong. We saved more money, time, energy and dignity with Lidia’s approach to helping us achieve our dreams of completing our union. I am 31 years old and now 20 weeks pregnant.  I started treatments with Lidia after trying to conceive for a couple of years without success. We even tried IVF and were told we had great eggs that were transferred but we never conceived.  Lidia helped me both physically and emotionally. The treatments were very relaxing and I always felt like a new person after them. On a personal level Lidia is a happy and caring person and someone you naturally confide in and trust wholeheartedly – traits that cannot be underestimated whilst trying for a baby. We combined twice weekly reflexology sessions as well as a couple of Bowen therapies throughout the course of my treatment. After 13 visits over 12 weeks I was delighted to discover I was pregnant! It is my genuine belief that the weekly reflexology treatments prepared my body for conception in a way that other treatments I had tried couldn’t. After nearly 18 months of trying to have a baby naturally, I made contact with Lidia as her website suggested she specialised in infertility and reflexology. I had been at work and overheard a colleague say positive things about reflexology assisting with infertility. I had also made contact with traditional infertility IVF specialists, but wasn’t sold on the practice. I was wanting to try the more natural less invasive treatment first and thats when I rang and spoke to Lidia initially by phone. She was very supportive and informative, and was well aware of the treatments for infertility on the market in detail. I explained the conditions my husband and I had, confirmed by ultrasound and relevant tests, and Lidia explained necessary dietary changes and vitamin supplements required, together with reflexology treatment and relaxation. We followed her advice to a tee and after 3 treatment sessions of reflexology (over a month) I became pregnant. I thought it would take several months to happen. It is clear to me that Lidia enjoys her work. She is extremely supportive, very positive, and is very intune with reflexology treatment and infertility. I would recommend her in a heartbeat, without hesitation, and have already referred several people. To anyone who has tried other methods of infertility treatment, please give reflexology a go. It is magic!!

16 months ago I limped in to see Lidia, leaning to one side, in pain with a numb leg due to two bulging discs with trapped nerves.  I had not slept properly for 2 weeks, couldn’t sit, stand or walk without pain – my only relief was to lie on my left side.
After my first Bowen treatment I walked out with a straight back and no pain.  After two more Bowen treatments my back was pain free and my leg was no longer numb.
I am so thankful that I decided to give Lidia a try. If anyone has a back problem I strongly recommend they go to Lidia.   Friends and family too have benefitted from Lidia’s Bowen and Reflexology treatments for a variety of ailments.

I am 65 years old. I want to thank you Lidia for helping me. I thought there was something wrong with my foot. I kept telling my doctor and it looked as if I was going to need surgery. A friend told me you were great. I am so grateful I saw you. Your Bowen therapy and Reflexology treatment worked amazingly. Later that night when I got home I didn’t feel any pain. I waited everyday for the pain to return but nothing. Why didn’t my doctor know that the pain was coming from my lower back! I could have had surgery when all it took just one treatment from you. When I was first told about Bowen, I really didn’t understand. So gentle and relaxing, I have never experienced such a unique natural remedy. I needed help with back pain, the pain was so bad at times I couldn’t breathe. I was told about Bowen by a family member, so I made an appointment. I couldn’t believe what happened next, initially I didn’t feel any different but as the day went by I started to feel the change. I am a 30 year old male. The first time I experienced back problem/pain was at the age of 15. Then in Germany, I visited various specialists regarding my back problem. I was referred to different types of exercises, but nothing seems to be helping. I have continued to search for an activity or treatment that might decrease the pain in my back. I have tried activities, such as: gym, running, yoga, tai chi, body balance and stretching. In addition, I have been and still am an active sports person. However, it was only in 2010 (at the age of 30), that I was introduced to Bowen therapy. At first, Bowen therapy appeared easy and I was a little sceptical during the initial treatment. Nevertheless, after one treatment, as soon as I have walked out of the treatment room, my pain of the past 15 years was gone.
I highly recommend Bowen therapy to anyone who experiences back pain or similar problems.

I am 39 years old who had AVM (arterio venus malformation) rupture in the right side of the brain, which caused hemorrhagic stroke and led to left side body paralysis. My hand (upper limb) recovered remarkably well, but my leg is taking little longer. I am able to walk with an ankle brace and single cane. Besides my ongoing physiotherapy/neurotherapy, I also wanted to and try and explore other treatments that possibly might speed up and assist my recovery. Always wanted to try reflexology but wasn’t sure where to go as I needed someone who is experienced and someone I can trust. My physiotherapist provided me with Lidia’s details, and advised that Lidia was recommended by many other patients. I am very grateful that I have met Lidia and started combined treatments (Bowen and reflexology). At first session, after couple of minutes of treatment, I have experienced electrical signals shooting through my (affected) left foot which was a great sign in my case. During, as well as after the treatments I feel amazing, as some muscles feel awakened, some relaxed and my walking seems to be little easier, and I feel really well in general. Ear Candling Testimonials

Dear Lidia, For some time I have wanted to thank you for the wonderful therapeutic results achieved consequently to the ear candling early this year.
